Closing arguments are expected Monday in the trial of a former Minneapolis police officer who fatally shot an unarmed woman. Mohamed Noor is on trial in the death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, a dual citizen of the U.S. and Australia who had called 911 to report a possible rape behind her home. Noor testified he thought his partner’s life was in danger when he shot Damond in July 2017. The judge told jurors they’ll likely start deliberating Monday. Jurors will be sequestered.
