Hundreds rallied at the State Capitol last night (Mon) in support of a 100 percent clean energy standard for Minnesota by 2050:

“Four states, only four states have passed 100 percent so far. Wouldn’t it be great if Minnesota was the fifth?”

Maria Langholz with the 100 Percent Campaign says the Minnesota House passed the bill and now they’re ramping up pressure on state senators:

“Calling them, we are visiting their offices, we are sending them notes, we are sending them tweets — any way we can to make it very clear that Minnesotans are ready for 100 percent.”

Seven days remain in the legislative session.
