President Trump is cautioning voters about the push for mail-in balloting amid COVID-19 concerns. On Monday, Trump tweeted that 2020 “will be the most rigged Election” in U-S history because of increased mail-in balloting. Minnesota Secretary of the State Steve Simon says the president’s comments are unfortunate…

“Absentee voting has never been a bipartisan issue in Minnesota or anywhere else that I’m aware of.”

Trump calls mail-in ballots “stupidity.” Simon says so far in Minnesota there have been more than 145,000 requests for mail-in ballots, compared to the past two elections where the number was under six thousand at the same point in time.
