Minnesota physicians are urging parents and caregivers to practice good health by maintaining back-to-school vaccinations. For parents who are fearful of bringing their kids in due to coronavirus, Dr. Keith Stelter recommends…

“If you have concerns about the vaccine, I would call the physician’s office and talk to them about the process or procedure for coming into the clinic.”

Dr. Stelter says there’s been a roughly 30- to 40-percent decrease in childhood vaccinations and a 40- to 50-percent decrease in adolescent vaccinations since the beginning of the pandemic. Dr. Stelter says clinics are working hard to take every precaution to keep patients safe.
