Gas prices are holding steady this Labor Day weekend:
“It’s about 35 cents less than a year ago that drivers paid on the last Labor Day, which was at 2.58. We don’t think we are going to be impacted too much by Hurricane Laura.”
Mark Peterson with Triple-A Minnesota adds::
“Hasn’t proved to be an issue in the Midwest. So I think we are going to see some of the best gas prices that we’ve seen in a long time in this weekend coming up. It will fluctuate a little bit but nothing major.”
Peterson says gas prices per gallon are about 35 cents less than last year’s Labor Day weekend.
