Health experts are cautioning state lawmakers that we need to be better prepared for a pandemic like COVID-19 in the future. At a hearing Wednesday, University of Minnesota Dr. Farhiya Farah said:

State lawmakers have been examining disparate health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on communities of color around the state.
