Parts of southern and eastern Minnesota could see heavy snow later this week. According to the National Weather Service, areas south and east of the Twin Cities have over a 70-percent chance to see at least two inches of snow Thursday into Thursday night. The Weather Service says areas near Rochester have a medium chance to see four or more inches of snow.
