Police in Hutchinson say a missing vulnerable man has been found safe. Law enforcement began looking for Brian Nienstadt after he left a facility on Sunday night without permission. They were worried about him as temperatures were reaching subzero. Nienstadt was apparently then found Monday afternoon in a nearby community.
