(Scandia, MN) — A Forest Lake man’s dead after crashing into a semi-truck head-on on Highway 95 northeast of the Twin Cities. The Minnesota State Patrol says 86-year-old Victor Falkner crossed the center line on Highway 95 near Pilar Road in Scandia Wednesday afternoon and hit the semi. Falkner died in the crash, but the semi-driver wasn’t hurt.
