(Minneapolis, MN) — A multi-million dollar settlement is being paid out to more than 900 former Minnesota School of Business and Globe University students. State Attorney General Keith Ellison announced the 42-million dollar settlement Tuesday after his office reached a tentative agreement with school owners. Back in 2016, a state court found that there was “no value towards pursuing careers” as was presented by the school’s criminal justice programs. Ellison says it’s one of the largest consumer fraud cases the state has ever seen.
