Congressman Jim Hagedorn spoke with farmers during a telephone town hall meeting.  Hagedorn talked about  cybersecurity  following the attack on the JBS plant in Worthington:

“We’re looking at cases where they are going after basic industries, they started with gasoline on the East Coast, they went to meatpacking plants across the country owned by JBS. And that’s probably no accident that they attacked livestock, they attacked energy because those are important parts of our economy and our way of life.”

Hagedorn says he does consider this a big threat and a sign of things to come.
