The Minnesota National Guard is blaming a computer glitch for a years-long delay that has some soldiers waiting on back pay.  The Guard says it has been dealing with payroll issues since October of 2020, and some soldiers have been waiting over a year for their promised bonuses.  Lt. Colonel Kristen Augé with the Guard says there are 350 bonuses left to process, though she says about 150 of them should be paid within the next two months.
