Mankato’s Annual Clean-up begins this week and will be held at the Public Works Center, 501 South Victory Drive. To help with social distancing and traffic, and to limit people within the drop-off area, scheduled drop-off dates and times have been assigned based on residents’ City utility bill due date.
Residents, who pay for refuse service on their utility bill, are encouraged to participate in Annual Clean-up and are asked to only drop off during scheduled times. Dropping off on an unscheduled day may result in having to return on resident’s scheduled day. To participate in Annual Clean-up, residents must bring the color-coded postcard received in the mail to verify correct drop off day. If postcard is forgotten, another proof of residency form, such a driver’s license or utility bill, is required.
