Roadway fatalities in Minnesota in 2021 are at their highest level in over a decade.  This comes after five motorcyclists were killed on the road in just the last week.  The state Department of Public Safety also says 12 people have been killed in vehicle crashes since May 1st.  As of now, around 122 people have died on Minnesota roads this year.  DPS is asking people to drive smart, be cautious, drive sober, buckle up, and watch for curves.
