— The Oscars will once again have a host. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has gone without an emcee for its annual ceremony since Jimmy Kimmel hosted in 2018. Telecast producer Will Packer will have the job of picking this year’s host. Comedian Kevin Hart was the last scheduled host for the show in 2019, but he was removed following backlash for past homophobic tweets. The academy is hoping this year’s awards pull decent viewership numbers after ratings for last year’s show hit an all-time low.

— Nominations for the SAG Awards are being announced tomorrow. Actresses Rosario Dawson and Vanessa Hudgens will be hosting the announcements on the SAG Awards Instagram Live account around 10 a.m. Eastern. Dawson had been dating New Jersey Senator Cory Booker since 2019, but recent reports say the power couple has split. The awards show is set to air on TNT and TBS on Sunday, February 27th.

— ‘The Morning Show’ is being renewed for Season Three at Apple. The series was originally picked up for two seasons by Apple back in 2017. In addition to the new season, Charlotte Stoudt will be joining the series as showrunner as part of a multi-year deal she has signed with Apple. Former showrunner Kerry Ehrin will serve as a consultant as she develops new projects as part of her contract. Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon star in this drama that explores the cutthroat world of early morning television.

— Kanye West and Julia Fox are officially an item, and the rapper’s estranged wife Kim Kardashian is sharing her thoughts on the budding relationship. According to TMZ, an inside source says KKW is “happy to see Kanye out smiling again and only wants to see him end up with a good person; something that’s up to Kanye to figure out, and not for Kim to judge.” The source also says that for Kim, she’s glad that Fox is a fan and would rather deal with that, than a hater. The SKIMs founder has reportedly moved on from Kanye officially and is enjoying time with her new beau, Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson.

— Hollywood is still mourning the death of legendary comedian Bob Saget, who died on Sunday at age 65. During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, Steve Harvey spoke about his friendship with his fellow funny man and reflected on the times they spent together behind the camera, sharing that “The dude that you see on TV, that is not who that was.” Harvey said that “the father on Full House, now this is a different dude offstage. The Family Feud host also opened up about the last email he received from Saget just days before his death requesting he join the Full House star on a podcast.

— TV talk show host Montel Williams is mourning the loss of his father. Herman Williams passed away Saturday following complications from a stroke at age 90. Baltimore City and Fire Department officials are also remembering the man who served as the city’s first Black fire chief. Williams served Baltimore for 47 years, and under nine mayors. He worked as a firefighter, in the Department of Public Works and ultimately retired as fire chief in 2001. Funeral services for Chief Williams have yet to be announced.

— Jenna Jameson says she’s in the hospital after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome. The 47-year-old model and former porn star shared an update on her health Monday in a video she posted on Instagram. Her partner took her to the hospital last week after she became unable to walk. The CDC describes Guillain-Barre syndrome as a rare, autoimmune disorder in which a person’s immune system damages the nerves, causing muscle weakness.
